GROUP SOUNDBATHS
Welcoming and friendly group sessions offer a wonderful way to experience the benefits of a soundbath.
Make yourself comfy on a yoga mat, cushions and blanket, lie back and enjoy a blissful one hour session of sounds, with a fruit tea at the end to fully allow the your mind, body and soul to absorb the relaxation.
