About Us

A Love of Sound...
Originally from Norfolk, with it's big skies and endless beaches, art and music were always central to my childhood, I enjoyed
playing instruments as varied as piano, flute, guitar and drums.
After completing a degree in Textiles at Liverpool JMU, I spent many months working and travelling round Australia, and learnt about the sound healing traditions rooted within Aboriginal culture.
Inspired by other musicians and their music, over the years I have collaborated in writing, recording and performing music, always convinced of the healing qualities of harmonic sound.

My husband James also loves music and studied singing from an early age, becoming Head Chorister at his local church and going on to sing with The Sheffield Philharmonic Choir.
We also perform together as the entertainment duo 'Shore 2 Shore', providing singalongs and themed music events.

Discovering Sound Healing...
I discovered crystal singing bowls during Covid and it was love at first sound! After months of playing at home for friends and family I decided to start a local monthly soundbath session, which has been running since January 2023. Since then I have created a beautiful 'sound space' at our home, where I provide personalised soundbaths and Reiki with Sound sessions.
Alongside this, I have devised sessions working within schools and colleges, given talks about sound healing and the amazing range of instruments used, and provided soundbaths for retreats, workplaces, gyms, private pamper parties and in collaboration with Yoga classes.
Being a Reiki Master practitioner, with a CMA accredited Diploma in Sound Therapy, has allowed me to develop unique ways to creatively combine Reiki and sound healing, in both group and one to one sessions.
