REIKI INFUSED SOUNDBATH
1-2-1 0r Two Person.
Starting with Reiki Chakra dousing, to identify any blocked energy centers, this provides the basis for a personalised Reiki infused soundbath.
Tuning fork body activation begins the multi-instrumental experience, perfect for calming, relaxing and comforting mind, body and soul.
REIKI WITH SOUND
1-2-1 0r Two Person.
Combining a classic Reiki healing treatment with relaxing sonic energy, the session starts with Chakra dousing, to identify blocked energy centers.
Tibetan singing bowls along with tuning fork activation create vibrations which help to deepen the full body Reiki healing treatment, moving any blocked energy and leaving you feeling relaxed, peaceful and uplifted.
REIKI WITH ASMR BRUSHING
1-2-1 0r Two Person.
The combination of personalised soundbath, Reiki & ASMR brushing - soft brushes on face, head, neck, arms & hands - allows the body to really let go and relax.
This session gives you a totally immersive sensory experience.
Perfect for dreamy relaxation and the release of emotions held in the body.
REMOTE REIKI SESSIONS
If you don't live locally but would like to book an experience, I offer a 60 minute One to One videocall session. This includes remote chakra dowsing and distance Reiki live online and chatting about your experience.
Reiki is commonly done remotely and is still as beneficial as in person sessions. Please ensure you are able to take the session in a quite space with no interruptions, to ensure you can fully relax and receive the Reiki healing.
FAMILY SOUNDBATH
Experience the relaxation and calmness of a soundbath as a family.
I introduce the instruments to you all and allow you all time to ask questions before and after the session.
Feedback from families who have attended these sessions have been fantastic, especially for children who struggle to sleep and with emotional regulation, along with it being a wonderful bonding family experience.
I can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family of 4 with mixed children / adults.
Children must be a minimum of 10 yrs old and be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
